What is your return policy?

We don't offer returns on products that have been shipped, unless there is a mistake on our part. If we ship the wrong product, please contact us here, and we can help resolve this mistake right away. All sales are final and we cannot accept returns once the item leaves the store. 

How long will it take to get my order?

If you are buying products online, we normally ship our items, within 1-2 business days. If the item being purchases is listed as a pre-sale, then the shipping time depends on when the item will be made available for shipping. Please read the descriptions carefully to verify whether the items are for "PRE-SALE" or "PRE-ORDER" only. We cannot offer refunds on pre-orders unless we are notified within 24hours of the purchase. This is not a guarantee.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at the moment. We will update everyone as soon as this service is made available.

What are the payment options?

Debit, Credit Card, and PayPal are what we currently accept. We don't accept cash or checks for online purchases.
